Tyler Roussean, your topic raises some crucial discussion in this concern. I know that 'Ocean country library' is one the biggest one among libraries. That's it is a challenge to run it significantly and smoothly as their are so many aspects to control over. You said that in spite of providing help to teen librarian, many of them leave their job. Myself believe that you should think about their wellness as they want, because everybody wants friendly environment to do their their job without any hurdle.
