ALL CAPS or Upper and Lower?
In the post just before this one, I put the title in upper and lower case instead of ALL CAPS like I've been doing. This is because Walt Crawford asked me to "stop shouting" with ALL CAPS.
Now, I'd like you to let me know if you like this change or want me to go back to ALL CAPS. Vote by sending me a comment on the blog.

You already know my vote. Mixed case (either title case, with every significant word capitalized, or sentence case) is easiest on the eye. All-upper really does come off as SHOUTING. (All-lower is a harmless affectation, although it is an affectation.)
Yes, I prefer the upper and mostly lower. This way YOU ARE NOT shouting your TITLES!
Yes, I prefer the upper/lower case version.
Upper and lower, or all lower would be my preference.
Mixed upper and lower. All upper or all lower is harder to read.
